Flying Solo.

April 2nd was a short day for us in Costa Rica.  I got up early to enjoy a little run.  Is it possible that my run could be up hill both ways?  I tried to go for a paddle board at 8 AM when the stand opened buy  Costa Rican time is a little different so at 8:30, I decided to just go have breakfast.  Ashley, Katie, Grace and Kari went to breakfast a little before 8.  Grace went to the kids club and was not seen until 10 minutes before our scheduled departure.

I was informed that they were too gross to continue on.

We took a shuttle to the airport.  We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for road construction.  It was a good thing we built in a little buffer time.

At the airport it was a snack and the on the plane.  I got bumped up to first class.  My wife refused to take the seat so she and the girls road home in coach.  I loved the leg room and the 2 beers were nice but I ended up missing the madness that is the Anseth's on a plane.  We landed safely. We took a quick shuttle home.  I unpacked the bags while the girls and Kari went and got Molly.  She was very excited to see the family and we were excited to see her.  Everyone was unpacked and in bed by 11:30 PM.
