In my opinion it was a perfect Mediterranean day. Crystal blue skies, warm sun, light wind and the clear cool water of the Mediterranean. I am not sure you could order up a better day.
Not much happened on this glorious day. We chilled on the beach and read. Some of decided to work on our tans. Others felt the need to float in the Mediterranean for extended periods of time. I am still not sure how a day of doing nothing goes by so fast.
Do you want to buy some stuffed animals? Local vendors passing by also offer the following: massages (back or feet), bracelets or necklaces, Louis Vuitton bags, Christian Dior bags and Doooonuts, fresh Dooonuts.
Look at those blues. Unbelievable.

The line for our restaurant.
Inside Giannoulis.
Giannoulis is a local family owned Greek restaurant between the beach and our hotel. As you can see from the line outside it has a reputation for good food. Several people recommend this location to us for dinner.
The atmosphere was fabulous. The staff appeared to be happy to have us and we were greeted with smiles and high fives which continued through dinner.
The menu.
I asked for the most Greek drink on the menu and I enjoyed some Greek white wine in this mug! I think we need more wine in mugs.
The food was great
Fried Calamari 😯
Mussels Saganaki…yes that is feta cheese with the mussels ❤️ ♥️♥️
Slow roasted pork. Too good to wait on.
Sun dried Mackerel. 😊.

Back to the hotel and time for bed. Tomorrow we have a history tour and a cooking class. It should be an exciting day tomorrow. Today was great even if the tribe was a little restless during the middle of the day.
