We boarded the transfer bus around 10:45. Seemed like a pretty organized process until Grandma Eva tried to change seats. She crashed from one side of the bus into the other and managed to give herself a forearm laceration. Several things happened about the same time to make this a salvageable problem. One, Grace and Marissa moved to the front of the bus to hang with the driver. Wendy found some Kleenex in her bag, Grandma Eva tried not to bleed on her stuff and I yell “Nobody make Eva, bleed her own blood!” Seriously I took the Kleenex and held some pressure on it. Grace asked where the bus’s emergency kit was and I was able to acquire a gauze wrap for the wound. Grandma Eva survived and was able to soldier on. I will be contacting Swieble/Goetz/Seiben when I return. I will definitely keep Spider-Man in the MCU once we acquire Marvel studios as part of our settlement.
Our transfer bus left at 11:00 and surprisingly gave us a little tour of the Greater London. Kensington, past Harod’s, through the financial district and up past St. Paul’s Cathedral. We ultimately crossed over the Tower Bridge before heading out of London towards Dover and the boat.

From here we had a nice drive in the British countryside. Because of a crash on the M2 we ended up taking an alternate route over near the coast. It was a beautiful drive. I looked out the window and napped a little bit. Finally we reached Dover and the docks. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to explore Dover or Dover castle. It was basically off the bus and on to the boat.

After checking in and checking out our staterooms we had a mandatory emergency drill. I caught Grandma Eva trying on her life jacket. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my phone for a picture. It may have broken the internet.
After our emergency drill we had time for a couple of pictures and then dinner at Lumieers
