New York, New York

Kari and I managed to escape from Minneapolis for a long weekend in New York City.  We left on Wednesday, September 19th.  We had an uneventful flight into NYC LaGuardia.  The baggage claim had a representative checking your bags and your boarding slip to ensure you were leaving with your bags.

We had a very relaxing Uber ride to midtown.  We checked in to the Intercontinental Time Square on 44th and 8th.

We had a little time to kill so we walked around for a little bit.   We did stop for a quick photo.

We headed home to change and get ready for our dinner out at O-ya NYC.  I had seen this place on Andrew Zimmerman’s Instagram and it looked great.

It was an amazing way to start our New York weekend.  We went to bed early because Thursday night was going to be exciting.
